PROIEX Accessibility Statement
Document key: accessibility_statement Document version: 1.0 Published: [PUBLICATION DATE] Last reviewed: [REVIEW DATE]
[PROIEX EU LEGAL NAME] wants the PROIEX website and application to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies. This statement covers [PUBLIC WEBSITE URL], [APPLICATION URL] and the account, listing and transaction journeys supplied directly by PROIEX.
Our target
We design toward the accessibility requirements applicable to an EU e-commerce service and use EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.2 level AA as engineering and testing references where relevant.
Current conformance status: [NOT YET ASSESSED / PARTIALLY CONFORMANT FOLLOWING NAMED AUDIT].
Do not replace this status with “fully compliant” until an independent audit has tested the production journey, including signup, identity verification, document viewing/upload, electronic signing, payment, support, dashboard and transaction steps on representative browsers and assistive technologies.
What users should be able to do
PROIEX aims to support keyboard-only operation, visible focus, logical headings and landmarks, meaningful labels and error messages, sufficient colour contrast, text enlargement and reflow, alternatives for non-text content, captions or transcripts where required, and forms that do not rely only on colour, position or time.
Identity, signature, map, chat, payment and notarial interfaces supplied by third parties can have separate accessibility characteristics. PROIEX remains responsible for selecting and configuring providers appropriately for the service it supplies and for offering reasonable support or an accessible alternative where required.
Known limitations
The following must be completed from a real audit before publication:
