The contracting entity and the professional responsible for a particular service are identified in the relevant agreement. The presence of an Albanian group entity does not change the identity of the contracting party unless the applicable agreement says so.
Nature of the service
PROIEX provides account, property-listing and digital workflow services for cross-border property transactions. The platform can coordinate access to independent identity-verification, electronic-signature, banking, payment, notarial and professional services.
The platform itself does not transfer title to real estate. An internal listing or transaction status such as “reserved” or “Platform Lock” is not a notarial reservation, a land-register entry, an option, a mortgage, an encumbrance or any other property right. Albanian property transfers and registrable real rights require the form and registration prescribed by Albanian law.
Any regulated or licensed activity is performed by the entity or professional identified for that activity. Users should consult the relevant agreement and our [Service Provider List] for the current allocation of roles.
